REGAP Coding LLC operates this website and handles the project inquiries described below.

Project inquiries

When online submission is enabled and you choose Send inquiry, your name, email address, business name if supplied, project details, selected template, timeframe, and consent are sent through our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint and Resend to [email protected] in Google Workspace. We use them to assess and respond to your request. Resend accepting a message is not proof of inbox delivery.

Project file uploads

The Upload Project Files link opens the external DriveUploader service. File uploads there are separate from this website’s inquiry endpoint and optional project brief download.

Optional project briefs

Preparing a brief creates a text file in your browser. That action alone does not send your details. Your downloaded file may contain personal information; store it appropriately. Form entries are not saved in browser storage or marketing cookies.

Spam prevention and security

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies online submissions and may process browser, device, and connection information under Cloudflare’s privacy terms. Our endpoint uses a connection IP to verify the challenge and creates a keyed hash for short-lived rate-limit counters in Cloudflare D1. It does not store raw IPs, inquiry content, names, or emails in D1. Counters are valid for no more than 48 hours. Expired rows are removed when later submissions trigger cleanup; without further submissions, expired hashes can remain at rest until maintenance cleanup. Cloudflare hosting/security logs may have separate retention.

Email processing and retention

Resend processes delivery; Google Workspace stores received mail. Inquiry correspondence is retained while needed to respond and manage a prospective or agreed project, subject to applicable obligations. Our hosting and email providers may retain service logs and backups under their policies. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your correspondence. No fixed deletion period for mail is promised here.

Your choices

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy, contact [email protected]. Technical or application support: [email protected]. Avoid sending passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data. You can email directly instead of using the online security check.

Other browsing information

No analytics, advertising scripts, third-party fonts, or marketing cookies are included. Turnstile loads only on the inquiry page when online submission is configured. Gallery and demo interactions remain local. External email software handles mailto links when you choose them.
